Logo embroidery in Kenya, done properly
Embroidery is the most durable way to put your logo on clothing. Instead of sitting on top of the fabric like a print, your logo is stitched into it, so it keeps its shape and colour through repeated washing and daily wear. That is why banks, schools, hotels, security firms and construction crews choose embroidered polo shirts, caps, jackets and uniforms.
Our embroidery services cover polos, shirts, caps, jackets, uniforms and bags for customers across Kenya, from our workshop in Nairobi. Whether you need a handful of items or a large order, our embroidery services start with your logo and end with a clean, durable finish. There is no minimum order.
At Pely Brand Kenya, we embroider logos and names on staff uniforms, school uniforms, corporate wear and promotional garments for customers across Kenya, from our offices and workshop at Keekorok Shopping Mall, Keekorok Road, Nairobi CBD. There is no minimum order: we can stitch one name on one jacket or a full uniform order for your whole team. Every job is quoted individually, so you pay for what you actually need.
What our embroidery services cover
- Polo shirts and shirts: left-chest logos, names and job titles for staff and corporate uniforms.
- Caps and hats: front logos for staff, schools, clubs and events.
- Jackets, hoodies and sweaters: chest, sleeve and back embroidery.
- School uniforms: school crests and badges on sweaters, blazers and shirts. See our school uniforms page.
- Aprons, workwear and overalls: durable branding for kitchens, workshops and sites.
- Names and personalisation: employee names, titles and monograms on any garment.
How embroidery works: from logo to finished garment
Before anything is sewn, your logo is digitised: converted from a picture into a stitch file that tells the machine where to place every stitch, which direction to sew, and which thread colour to use. Good digitising is what separates a crisp, smooth logo from a puckered or blurry one. Digitising is normally a one-off step for each logo, and once your design is set up, repeat orders are simple. Ask us for the full breakdown in your quote. Our guide to logo digitising for embroidery explains the process in more detail.
Once the design is ready, we agree the garment, thread colours and placement with you, then stitch your order. Common placements are the left chest, the front of a cap, the sleeve, the collar and the back.
Artwork: what to send us
You do not need a perfect file to get started. Send whatever you have on WhatsApp or through the form and we will tell you if it needs work. For the best result:
- Send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) if you have one. A clear, large PNG or JPG also works.
- Tell us your brand colours so we can match thread as closely as possible.
- Keep in mind that very small text, fine lines and photographic detail do not stitch well. If your logo has these, we will suggest a simplified version for embroidery.
- Tell us where the logo should go and roughly how big you want it.
Embroidery or printing: which should you choose?
Embroidery suits polos, caps, jackets and uniforms that need to look premium and last for years. It is the standard choice for corporate and school branding. If your design has many colours, gradients or large areas, or you need a lot of lightweight T-shirts, screen printing or heat press printing may suit better. Not sure? Read our guide to embroidery vs screen printing vs heat press, or message us and we will recommend one for your garments and budget.
What affects the price of our embroidery services
We do not publish fixed prices because every job is different. Your quote depends on:
- the size of the logo and how many stitches it needs
- the number of thread colours
- the garment or item being embroidered
- the number of pieces and how many placements per garment
- your deadline
Caring for embroidered garments
Embroidery is hard-wearing, but a little care keeps it looking sharp. Turn garments inside out when washing, avoid harsh bleach, and iron on the reverse side or with a cloth over the stitching. Do not iron directly on the embroidery.
Why choose our embroidery services
- No minimum order, from one piece to large uniform orders
- Embroidery, screen printing and heat press under one roof, so we recommend the right method rather than the only one we offer
- A shop and workshop in Nairobi CBD you can visit, and WhatsApp quotes for customers countrywide: quick quotes: +254 725 123278
- We reply within 2 hours during opening hours (8 am to 6 pm)
To sum up, our embroidery services give your logo a neat, lasting finish on garments your team or customers wear every day. If you are comparing embroidery services in Kenya, send us your logo and garment list and we will quote the job, and our embroidery services are quoted per job so you only pay for what you need.
Embroidery services in Kenya: frequently asked questions
How much does embroidery cost in Kenya?
The price depends on the logo size and stitch count, number of thread colours, garment type, quantity and placements. Send us your logo and what you need, and we will give you a quote for your specific job.
Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
No. At Pely Brand Kenya there is no minimum order. We can embroider a single item or a full uniform order.
What is digitising and do I need it?
Digitising converts your logo into a stitch file the embroidery machine can read. Every new logo needs it before it can be embroidered. Once it is done, it can be reused for future orders.
What file should I send for logo embroidery?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best, but a clear, high-resolution PNG or JPG works too. If you only have a photo of your logo, send it anyway and we will advise.
Should I choose embroidery or printing?
Choose embroidery for polos, caps, jackets and uniforms where you want a premium look that lasts. Choose printing for designs with many colours or large areas, or for lightweight T-shirts. We can advise based on your garments.
Can you embroider names on uniforms?
Yes. We can add employee names, job titles or monograms alongside the logo on shirts, jackets and other uniform pieces.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes, you can ask us. Tell us what garments you have when you request a quote and we will confirm whether they are suitable for embroidery.
